So how can we help?

At NCA Guidance, I guide families, parents, children, and teens through processes of emotional and social growth -

journeys designed to strengthen communication, confidence, and a sense of belonging, both at home and in the community.

Parent coaching is based on Adlerian principles, combining empathy and practical tools to improve the family atmosphere, understand your child’s inner world, set boundaries through cooperation, and strengthen family relationships.

Each process is tailored to your family’s unique needs - whether it’s a family developing typically, a family raising gifted children with deep emotional sensitivity and unique ways of thinking, or a family navigating ADHD and seeking greater balance, consistency, and confidence.

In parallel, I work with children and teens experiencing social challenges - those who find it hard to connect, take initiative, or maintain friendships over time.

Through weekly sessions, we set personal social goals, practice communication and empathy, and gradually build social confidence, initiative, and a stronger sense of belonging - step by step, and at each child’s own pace.

Every process takes place in a warm, respectful, and open atmosphere, combining professionalism, sensitivity, and core values.

My goal is not only to help overcome challenges - but to teach every child and every parent how to grow through connection - to themselves, to others, and to their family as a whole.

Parent training in the Adler approach

Parenting from connection, belonging, sharing and values.

A personal or couple process that gives parents tools to understand the child, his world, and the motivations behind his actions, to set boundaries through cooperation, and to build respectful and calm communication at home.

Suitable for parents of preschoolers, school-age children, gifted or with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and any family who wants to turn daily challenges into opportunities for growth.

Social guidance for children and teenagers

Personal social support – strengthening confidence, connections, and social competence while learning and improving social skills.

Weekly personal meetings for children and teenagers (5–17) who experience social challenges such as difficulty taking initiative, integrating, or maintaining connections and relationships over time.

Throughout the process, we will set tailored social goals together, practice communication, listening, empathy, and conflict resolution, and strengthen the sense of security and social competence - step by step, in a supportive and safe atmosphere.

Values-Based Parenting

Raise children from values - not from habit

An in-depth process that allows parents to pause for a moment, identify the values that truly guide them and what values they would like to strengthen in family life and translate them into daily conduct - in decision-making, communication, and relationships at home.

The process, based on 2-3 sessions, helps build conscious, consistent, and self-confident parenting that feels right both in the heart and in routine.
